Software Engineer

Right now we are looking for a passionate Software Engineer to join our amazing team working on our next gen fintech products in Hungary and Europe used by thousands of people. We work with set goals and key results, as long as we meet those, we are able to adjust our work and time in a way we prefer. So while working with us you will have the same flexibility as you would get as a freelancer. 
The job is fully remote.

• Developing solutions for real world, large scale problems in the context of financial services.
• Contributing to engineering efforts from planning and organization to execution and delivery to solve complex engineering problems in tools and infrastructure.
• Designing and deploying security and privacy services and infrastructure.
• Maintaining the existing software(s), such as fixing bugs.
• Research and development of cutting edge machine learning solutions.

• BSc/BA degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or in an equivalent field (or equivalent demonstrable work experience).
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in one or more of the following languages/technologies: Node.js, TypeScript, WebAPI, SQL, REST, Angular, Nestjs, Microservices.
• Proven experience with data structures, algorithms and architecture design of large scale distributed systems.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently. Italian, Hungarian and German language skills are an advantage.
