Sales Development Representative

Salarify is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join its amazing team working on their next gen fintech products in Hungary and Europe used by thousands of people. A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an inside sales representative that focuses on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. SDRs don't focus on closing business, but connecting with as many leads as possible and determining if they're good customer fits. SDRs move leads through the sales pipeline.

• Developing comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinating various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation. 
• Monitoring project progress continuously and preparing detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. 
• Participating in product developments for new and existing products with the development and business team. 
• Updating and maintaining all production technologies, helping to ensure proper maintenance and installation is achieved. 
• Communicating proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements. 
• Analyzing the economic side of project plans and providing actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards. 
• Proposing modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes. 
• Anticipating details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news. 
• Determining and defining clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for all staff members. 

• BSc degree in Business / Economics / Science or equivalent field experience.
• English and Italian language skills are mandatory at a professional level and additional languages are a plus (German, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish).
• Relevant experience of 2 years in the field of Sales, Bizdev, Customer Success or another client facing role.
• Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM system.
• Good communication skills.
• Analytic mindset.
