Office Manager

Salarify is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its amazing team working on their next gen fintech products in Hungary and Europe used by thousands of people. As our new Assistant you will be responsible for providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

• Supporting Finance by collecting invoices and uploading them to our surface.
• Maintaining and managing the company's subscriptions, including managing the new subscriptions as well.
• Taking care of the documentation for new and current employees (work agreement, job descriptions, attendance records etc).
• Forwarding incoming documentation requests from employees.
• Organizing and scheduling appointments.
• Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures.
• Booking and organizing travel arrangements.
• Planning and preparing for office events, such as meetings, conferences.

• 3-5 or more years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary is a plus.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Hungarian fluently. Italian and/or German language skills are an advantage.
