We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will report directly to our VP of Marketing (EMEA) & Business (IT). You willbe responsible for developing and implementing effective PPC strategies to drive quality traffic, increase lead generation, and optimize conversions across various online platforms. Your expertise in email marketing, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and preferably Webflow will be essential in achieving our company's digital marketing goals.
Responsibilities & tasks
PPC Strategy Development & Campaign Management:
Create and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels, to achieve specific marketing objectives and maximize ROI.
Oversee the end-to-end management of PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Effectively manage PPC budgets, allocate funds to different campaigns, and optimize spending to achieve optimal results within set budgets.
Conversion Optimization: Continuously monitor landing pages and optimize conversion funnels to improve campaign performance and increase the number of qualified leads.
Email Marketing: Integrate PPC campaigns with email marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and consistent marketing approach.
Research, Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize various analytics tools to track and measure the performance of PPC campaigns. Prepare regular performance reports, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and stay updated with industry trends and changes in search algorithms.
Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of competitor PPC activities, strategies, and trends to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Landing Page Optimization: Work closely with the web development team to ensure landing pages are optimized for PPC campaigns, user experience, and lead generation.
Remarketing and Retargeting: Implement effective remarketing and retargeting strategies to engage potential customers who have previously shown interest in our products or services.
Creativity: Bring a creative mindset to the role, developing innovative ad copy, testing new ideas, and exploring unique approaches to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager/ PPC Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms. Experience with TikTok can be a plus.
Familiarity with email marketing strategies and integration with PPC campaigns.
Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO and how it impacts PPC campaigns.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Attention to details with a focus on continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Hungarian or Italian is a great plus as we are present in Hungary and Italy, and it will enable better communication and understanding of the local markets.
